1. Barbacoa
Not only does Barbacoa have some of the tastiest food in Boise, but they also have a stunning bar for your happy hour pleasure. Top shelf specialty drinks are buy one get one free 7 days a week, 4:00-6:00pm!
Though they don’t have any food deals, the drink specials speak for themselves. And I always recommend the table side guacamole, it’s a great value and goes great with a yummy happy hour drink, or two actually.

2. Ruth’s Chris
I don’t know about you, but eating at Ruth’s Chris is a little outside my budget. Unless it’s happy hour time!
You can get great deals on food and drinks from 4:30-6:30 daily (except holidays) and even find some amazing deals on great dinners from the usual menu. I recommend the burger or the steak salad, yum!
They offer $9 drinks and $11 appetizers and even some amazing dinner items on special.

3. The James
Wall to wall craft cocktails will have you coming back for more. The James is a warm, immersive experience in the art of enjoying well made drinks.
They have an open roof bar that is great for friendly gatherings or family events (weather permitting). They offer $5 drinks and $8 appetizers daily on their happy hour.

4. Juniper
A classic Boise go to for drinks and happy hour. Beautifully crafted bar and artisan specialties, you can pair your favorites with Coast European and Pacific Northwest cuisine.
Juniper’s happy hour offers buy one get one free (2 for 1) drinks and amazing deals on appetizers and pizzas. Best of all, their downtown location offers happy hour Monday-Sunday from 3:00-5:30pm.

5. Bonefish Grill
One of the most well-rounded (cocktail only) happy hours is at Bonefish Grill. From 4:00-6:00pm Monday- Sunday you can get $1 off draft beers, $5 house wines, and $7 spirits like Titos and Maker’s Mark.
They also offer amazing hand-crafted martinis and cocktails for just $6!

6. Solid Grill & Bar
At Solid, the happy hour is… well “solid!” They offer 1/2 of well drinks, wine by the glass and beers on tap as part of their daily happy hour.
Try out this fantastic happy hour 7 days a week from 4:00-6:00pm and from 10:00pm to midnight.

Barbacoa’s “little sister” has the same amazing happy hour, in a hip downtown spot!
You can get buy one get one free drinks (2 for 1) everyday of the week from 4:00-6:00pm. It’s one of my favorite Date Night Restaurants, so get there early and enjoy a couple cocktails with your special someone.

8. Owyhee Tavern
If you are looking for great deals on food and drinks, Owyhee Tavern is the spot!
With great deals on burgers, appetizers, and oysters. Plus $6 wines, beers and some cocktails, you will love this happy hour spot!

9. Lucky 13
If you haven’t already read my story on Lucky 13’s Reopening, then this one may stand out as a strange Happy Hour Best. But it absolutely deserve a spot in this article.
With daily Monday-Sunday Happy Hour from 3:00-6:00pm, offering top shelf cocktails buy one get one free, it is an amazing spot!

Last, but certainly not least is Bodovino. They have a very unusual (in a really great way) happy hour, and I know you will love it!
With 50% off select wines, $1.99 mimosas, and fantastic deals on food it’s quite the bargain.
But with their hours, you will really be impressed! They offer Happy Hour Monday- Friday from 3:00-6:00pm, and from 9:00pm to close. PLUS Saturday from 11:00am-3:00pm AND all day on Sunday! WOW!
