As a boise local I have been to my fair share of Date Night Restaurants. This list is full of romantic spots to bring your loved one, or first date.
My GF and I often frequent all of these 10 Best Boise Date Night Restaurants, without our kiddos. I’ll be sure to share a kid friendly restaurant list soon, but for now I recommend these Boise Date Restaurants for just you and your significant other.
1. Barbacoa Grill
My all time favorite date night spot is Barbacoa Grill. It is filled with romantic and exotic decor, and fabulous food.
Though they may seem a little pricy, you can hit up their happy hour for buy one get one free drinks and their famous guacamole cart and still enjoy the romantic vibe on a budget.

2. Fork Restaurant
In downtown Boise you can find this gem of a date restaurant. Fork is known for their daily specials (that sell out quickly!) like chicken and waffles. And for these delicious appetizers.
I recommend stopping into Fork and trying out their seasonal drinks ands appetizers, their asparagus fries are especially delicious and great for enjoying with a glass of wine and your significant other.

If you’re really looking to make a splash on date night, Chandler’s is the premiere place. One of the most romantic spots in town, I know several couples who have gotten engaged here.
Thought it is one of the most expensive restaurants in Boise, they do have a wonderful happy hour where you can get some drinks and appetizers at a significantly lower cost and still enjoy the romantic vibes.

4. ALAVITA an Italian Joint
If fresh pasta and delicious wine is more your speed, you can’t beat ALAVITA! In the heart of downtown you can find this special romantic restaurant.
With stunning decor, an amazing wine list and indoor and outdoor downtown seating, I know you and your date will love this boise gem!

5. Capitol Cellars
Known for their wines, Capitol Cellars is a wonderful local boise restraint that focuses on local foods. This steak house has the dark and romantic vibes inside, and art outdoor seating as well.
Serving lunch, dinners, and a seasonal Prix Fixe dinner menu you can keep it casual for a first date, or extra special for an anniversary at this Boise date restaurant.

6. Luciano’s Italian Restaurant
Known as the best Italian restaurant in Boise, Luciano’s is affordable and romantic. And low key enough, you can bring the entire family.
With a wonderful Italian menu, and fantastic wines I know you will love this Tuscan inspired restaurant.

7. Trillium
This local romantic restaurant is known for using local ingredients. Their American cuisine menu is filled with wonderful steaks, delicious chicken entrees, and amazing appetizers.
Trillium also has a wonderful happy hour that’s great for first dates. Their airy decor is as beautiful as it is comfortable, you’ll want to come back again and again for their food and atmosphere.

8. The Wylder
With specialty pizzas fancy enough for a date night, and an amazing bar. You can’t beat the casual date night atmosphere at The Wylder.
Located next to a brewery and a wonderful coffee house (one of our favorites!) you can extend your date night by popping next door!

9. Coa De Jima
This new gem is a spin off of Barbacoa. With its stunning decor and quirky atmosphere this new Boise romantic restaurant is amazing.
I brought my GF here for her last birthday and we both agree it won’t be long before this is a downtown hot spot!

10. Cottonwood Grill
The place to go for all things brunch and holiday dinners is Cottonwood grill. But don’t let that fool you, they have a wonderful date night atmosphere too!
I can’t help but love this place. With their wonderful food and decor, this warm environment is perfect for an anniversary dinner. Plus, I modeled for the Cottonwood Grill… that’s me in the photo below!

All of these best Boise Date Night Restaurants have wonderful food and charming decor. I did my best to pick one family friendly spot (because sometimes you have to bring your kids) and lots of romantic, and a couple sexy spots that are just for you and your date.
